Job DescriptionWelcome to The Freelance Firm! We are a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms. Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Florida-based Guardianship Paralegal. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 5-10 hours per week. Paralegal Requirements: • Handle guardianship cases from start to finish in any Florida county, • Coordinate with clients, hearings, etc., • Coordinate signings with clients/parties, • Use Westlaw Document Builder for forms/pleadings, • Ability take a file and run with it (work independently), • Strong attention to detail, • Compassionate communications with clients, • Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines, • Self-starter and able to work independently, • Spanish speaking preferred Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour.
