Required • Must reside in New York or New Jersey., • Admission to practice law in the State of New York, in good standing., • Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury or medical malpractice litigation, workers’ compensation claims, or September 11th Victim Compensation Fund work., • Demonstrated empathy and professionalism in working with vulnerable and grieving clients., • Proven ability to work independently as a resourceful self-starter, manage a significant caseload, multitask, and prioritize., • Meticulous attention to detail in written work product and record review., • Strong organizational, analytical, written, and oral communication skills., • Comfortable using a case management system and maintaining thorough electronic records. Preferred • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) or Spanish, written and verbal., • Prior experience with VCF claims or other statutory compensation programs. Location & Work Environment • Primarily remote role, with in-person work as needed, • Headquarters located in an amenity-rich modern office in the heart of the Financial District.
