Job DescriptionBenefits: • 401(k), • 401(k) matching, • Dental insurance, • Employee discounts, • Health insurance, • Paid time off Duties and Responsibilities Production (Video + Photo): Plan and shoot member stories, classes, PT sessions, facility tours, and events; set up lighting; capture clean on-camera audio. Drone Operations: Conduct safe, compliant UAS flights (pre-flight, airspace checks/LAANC, logs) for exterior and aerial visuals. Google 360 / Virtual Tours: Capture/stitch 360 imagery; publish and maintain tours on Google Business Profiles; ensure accurate pins/titles/metadata. Editing & Post: Edit short/long-form videos, reels, and cutdowns; basic color correction, sound sweetening, captions/subtitles, and light motion graphics. Multi-Format Delivery: Output platform-ready versions (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, web, in-club displays) with correct specs and aspect ratios. Pre-Production: Create outlines/scripts, shot lists, schedules, and call sheets; coordinate access with clubs and members; secure releases. Asset Management: Name, tag, and archive footage/stills; maintain organized libraries; deliverables with clear versioning and usage notes. Brand Standards: Apply brand style (lower thirds, typography, color); ensure legal/compliance (music licensing, model/location releases). Cross-Functional Support: Work with Social/Content on calendars, with Field Marketing on grand openings/events, and with Web on 360 embeds. Measure & Improve: Review performance (views, completion, CTR, saves) and iterate creative to improve engagement and conversions. Expectations Professional, service-oriented presence in clubs and on shoots; comfortable directing small groups and talent. Reliable on deadlines; proactive communication on schedules, risks, and approvals. Strict safety and privacy practices (FAA rules, bystanders, minors, locker room policies). Willing to travel between clubs; occasional evenings/weekends for events and launches. Maintain and care for gear; able to lift/carry ~4050 lbs. Job Requirements 35 years professional video/photography experience with a strong portfolio (please include link). Drone: FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (or willingness to obtain within 60 days); hands-on flight experience (DJI or similar). 360 Imaging: Experience with 360 cameras (e.g., Insta360/GoPro MAX) and publishing virtual tours to Google (Street View/Business Profile). Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; basic After Effects/Motion graphics; Photoshop/Lightroom; audio tools a plus. Production Skills: Lighting (LED/soft), audio (lav/shotgun/recorder), gimbals/sliders; basic color workflow. Platform Fluency: Deliver social-first edits (vertical, subtitles, strong hooks), web hero videos, and in-club screen loops. Organization: Strong file management, metadata, and version control; comfort with briefs, calendars, and checklists. Nice to Have: Fitness/retail storytelling, studio lighting setups, multi-cam, advanced color grading, animation/logo stings.
