You'll be the connective tissue between performance data and great creative: digging into why ads work, surfacing human insights behind the numbers, and translating those into concepts that drive results at scale. Job Overview: The Senior Director, Market Access Payer and Contract Strategy will lead market access strategy ahead of the anticipated launch of a novel psilocybin treatment for treatment‑resistant depression, with future expansion into PTSD and other mental health conditions. This role will be responsible for securing coverage, reimbursement, and access across commercial and government payers, working closely with commercial, clinical, and HEOR teams.
