Job Description The START Center for Cancer Research (“START”) is the world’s largest early phase site network, fully dedicated to oncology clinical research. Job Description The Senior Analyst, VBC Strategy and Performance plays a critical role in driving success with Guidehealth’s value-based care (VBC) client. Job Description Overview Employed by PAGNY for The Division of Correctional Health Services (CHS) of New York City Health + Hospitals (H+H) is responsible for the delivery of medical care, mental health care, and discharge planning in the jail system. Approximately 25% of new admissions per year to the NYC jail system will receive care on the mental health service. This service strives to provide safe, holistic and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for the diverse range of mental health issues that face the population, from serious mental illness to the natural struggles that accompany incarceration. The service provides some of the most comprehensive and unique treatment modalities in the country, including specialty housing units for individuals with serious mental illness, a 24-hour on-call psychiatric service, robust creative arts programming, a strong DBT training program, clinics in each of the facilities, substance use treatment, integrated re- entry services, and relationships with multiple training institutions throughout the city. Summary of Position This is an hourly position reporting to the Director of the Forensic Psychiatric Evaluation Court Clinics (FPECC) in the Division of Correctional Health Services. The Bronx, Brooklyn/Staten Island, Manhattan, and Queens FPECCs are responsible for conducting fitness to proceed evaluations under NYS Criminal Procedure Law Article 730 and pre-sentencing evaluations under NYS Criminal Procedure Law 390 for adult criminal defendants in the NYC criminal justice system. Per Diem Forensic Examiners conduct CPL 730 examinations of criminal defendants together with staff psychologists and psychiatrists, form independent opinions as to the examinees' fitness to proceed, submit timely written reports to the Court, and provide courtroom testimony as and when required. Responsibilities • Review patient intake assessments/charts, and conduct telehealth evaluations to evaluate work-function impairment and medical necessity for Short-term Disability (STD) to attend the Charlie Health program., • Complete, certify, and sign Short-term disability forms with accurate, consistent information., • Coordinate with Charlie Health clinicians and care coordinators to respond to any clarifying requests from Employer contacts/third-party adjudicators to resolve information gaps and support patients' disability leave, while protecting PHI., • Meet service-level timelines submission of Short-term disability paperwork, including timeliness of extensions., • Maintain HIPAA and state/federal compliance, and contribute to continuous process improvement., • Provide direct patient care and education for medication management, diagnostic evaluations and medical assessments, as needed., • Work diligently with support staff to ensure proper patient communication and follow up, as needed., • Ability to support the Charlie Health team on a contract, part-time basis; remote friendly, • Must be licensed as a MD (Doctor of Medicine) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine), licensed to practice medicine in MO, IN, and KY, and be open to being cross-licensed in additional states, as needed., • Preference for licensure in additional states, including but not limited to: MI, IL, OH, PA, CO, NC, DE, or TX., • Experience evaluating clinical appropriateness for short-term disability and completion of short-term disability paperwork required., • 3+ years experience working as an MD or DO; IOP, PHP, and/or IP experience is preferred, • Commitment to delivery of high-quality, cost-effective health care, • Ability to communicate and work proficiently with medical staff, patients, clinical support and administrative staff, • Proficiency in use of electronic health records and Google Suite/MS Office #LI-REMOTE Our Values • Connection: Care deeply & inspire hope., • Congruence: Stay curious & heed the evidence. Position Overview The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a pivotal role in expanding Assured Imaging's footprint in the women's imaging sector. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with healthcare providers, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and service line expansions.
