Responsibilities • Troubleshoot components on a variety of vending machines., • Prepare vending machines for sale or placement, including programming, testing, cleaning, and relocating., • Perform detailed cleaning and restoration of machines, both inside and out; occasional spray-painting may be required., • Work with electrical and mechanical systems such as PCB boards, wiring harnesses, DC motors, and refrigeration units., • Communicate progress clearly and consistently to the Operator or Manager., • Apply resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to ensure machines are ready for customer presentation and use.

In this role, you will focus on cleaning, restoring, and applying protective coatings to commercial air conditioning condenser and evaporator coils, ensuring peak performance, extended equipment life, and improved energy efficiency for our clients. Key Responsibilities Inspect, clean, restore, and coat commercial AC coils using industry-approved chemicals and spray systems. Apply anti-corrosion and protective coatings to prevent future coil deterioration. Perform coil restoration services to improve system performance and energy efficiency. Use specialized cleaning agents, protective coatings, and spraying equipment in accordance with manufacturer and safety guidelines. Follow OSHA and company safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and respiratory protection. Document work performed, including before/after photos and service reports. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service. Maintain and care for all company tools, equipment, and vehicles. Qualifications Required: 1+ years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred). Preferred: EPA Section 608 Certification. Experience with coil cleaning, coil restoration, and HVAC corrosion protection methods. Familiarity with anti-corrosion coatings and their application techniques. Knowledge of HVAC system components, including condensers, evaporators, and air handlers. Ability to work at heights, outdoors, and in variable weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops. You will also be responsible for screening residents and visitors at front door, create written documentation, including logbook entries, incident reports and progress notes. Manage inventory for supplies, maintain fire safety drills and logs, and provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance/NARCAN when needed. Assist with inspections and audits. Escort clients and serve meals as needed. Help maintain an orderly and clean facility. Related duties as assigned. This position is subject to mandatory overtime. HOURS: Full-time 37.5 hours per week Morning/Evening and Overnight. QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED required CPR Certification or the ability to obtain certification required. NYC Fire Safety Guard Certification or the ability to obtain certification required. NYC Fire Safety Coordinator Certification preferred; employees must be willing to attempt to acquire certification.
