    We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our retail pharmacy team. In this role, you will assist customers with purchases, help them locate over-the-counter medications and health products, and provide excellent customer service. Duties Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately. Greet customers and assist them in locating over-the-counter medications, health products, and everyday retail items. Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions with accuracy and integrity. Maintain organized shelves and displays, ensuring products are stocked and properly labeled. Assist with stocking inventory and rotating products according to store guidelines. Follow store policies for age-restricted and regulated product sales. Answer customer questions in person and over the phone and direct pharmacy-related questions to the pharmacist or pharmacy technician when necessary. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Qualifications Previous cashier or retail experience preferred (pharmacy or healthcare retail experience is a plus). Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems. Bilingual (Polish or Spanish) is a plus. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stand for extended periods. Preferred Skills Familiarity with pharmacy retail products such as over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and personal care items. Understanding of customer privacy and confidentiality standards (HIPAA awareness preferred). Ability to work cooperatively with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to support store operations.
