The Manager of Donor Engagement, Programs plans and manages all aspects of programming for the Associates and Chairman’ Council, Corporate Partners, Affinity Groups, Fiske Kimball Society, stewardship travel program, Anne d'Harnoncourt Society, cultivation events, and other events as designated by the Director of Donor Engagement. Specifically, you will: • Manage events for the Corporate Partners program., • Manage all aspects of programming for existing Affinity Groups., • Manage all aspects of programming for Anne d'Harnoncourt Society and the Fiske Kimball Society, including: My Favorite Things lecture and annual luncheon. Your background and experience include: • Progressive experience in engagement events and programs, preferably in an arts, cultural, or education setting., • Previous experience in managing large-scale events (preferred)., • Exceptional communication skills., • Experience in direct donor/constituent communication., • Strong organizational, interpersonal, writing, and time management skills; attention to detail; and the ability to respect and maintain confidentiality., • Knowledge of the arts and cultural philanthropy landscape (preferred)., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs., • Familiarity with CRM, Email Management, and Event Managements Systems (such as Raiser’s Edge, Campaign Monitor, and Zkipster., • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Position and Compensation Details • The salary for this position is $56,650., • This position is Full-Time, Exempt, and 35 hours per week., • This position is part of the AFSCME Local 397 bargaining unit., • This position reports to Director of Donor Engagement, • This position is required to be performed fully onsite at Philadelphia Museum of Art locations., • Physical requirements:, • Able to remain stationary for extended periods of time, to utilize computers and other office equipment required of this job, to perform physically administrative duties in a typical interior office environment, gallery, or exhibit space, and to access most public and staff areas of the museum campus, • Background check required after a conditional job offer is made. Consideration of the background check will be tailored to the requirements of the job.
