Key Responsibilities • Perform all technician duties, including draining motor oil, changing oil filters, greasing chassis fittings, washing windshields, and adjusting tire pressure, • Inspect and top off vehicle fluids, • Assist customers in selecting oil types and additional services, • Process payments for services performed, • Perform coolant exchanges and transmission drain & fill services, • Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies on the shop floor, • Keep the shop, office, and restrooms clean and organized, • Check in with customers before they leave to ensure a great experience, • Ensure proper store operation in the absence of the Shop Manager, • Perform opening and closing procedures, • Assist with inventory counting and adjustments, • Serve as a role model to other employees, supporting team culture without direct responsibility for hiring or firing Qualifications/ Physical Requirements, • Strong commitment to learning and mastering Quick Lube of Carolina LLC / Take 5 Oil Change’s oils and services, • Ability to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3-foot deep pit safely, • Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform manual tasks for extended periods, • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions, • Alertness and situational awareness in a fast-paced environment, • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, • Reliable transportation
