We are an outdoor retail company focused on inspiring people to spend more time outside. Through our e-commerce platforms, we provide customers with quality gear, helpful guidance, and a seamless shopping experience designed to support their adventures. We are dedicated to making it easier for individuals and communities to explore, enjoy, and connect with the outdoors. We are looking for a Social & Community Partnerships Coordinator to support our social strategy and partnerships — helping source, manage, and activate creators, ambassadors, and emerging voices while also creating content of your own — to fuel a consistent, high-quality presence across channels. What You Get to Do: Social Media Calendar & Publishing • Own and manage the social media calendar across brands on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other key platforms, • Schedule and publish content in alignment with brand, product, and seasonal priorities, • Maintain a consistent posting cadence that keeps both brands active, relevant, and engaging, • Coordinate with the Brand team to ensure content reflects campaign moments, product launches, and cultural opportunities, • Create original social content — including copy, graphics direction, and short-form video — to supplement and complement creator-sourced content, • Help turn creator partnerships into a consistent content pipeline aligned with brand, product, and seasonal priorities, • Brief creators on content needs and track delivery against timelines and brand standards, • Ensure consistent delivery of content across campaigns and always-on storytelling, • Help maintain a pipeline of talent at different stages of growth, • Execute outreach, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management for creators and ambassadors, • Manage day-to-day communication, expectations, deliverables, and performance across the network, • Foster a sense of belonging within the creator and ambassador communities across both brands, • Build genuine relationships with creators, ambassadors, and customers on behalf of both brands, • Support both brands’ presence as homes for outdoor culture and progression, • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, Brand, Partnerships, and Merchandising teams, • Help integrate creators into brand campaigns, partnerships, and events, • Report on engagement, reach, and follower growth goals across both brands, • Track creator performance and content output against established goals, • Compile and share performance reports to inform sourcing and content decisions, • Stay current on emerging platforms, formats, and creator trends What You Bring: Experience • 3 to 5 years in social media, influencer marketing, community, or brand partnerships, • Hands-on experience creating social content — copy, short-form video, or visual storytelling — not just managing others who do, • Experience supporting or managing creators, ambassadors, or influencer programs, • Ability to manage multiple external relationships and workstreams simultaneously, • Ability to identify emerging talent and understand what makes creators resonate with audiences, • Experience coordinating creative relationships and managing content deliverables, • Solid understanding of social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and comfort with social scheduling and analytics tools, • Ability to balance creative enthusiasm with accountability and follow-through, • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and brands simultaneously, • You are a connector and naturally build relationships, • You are scrappy and resourceful and can create impact without massive budgets, • You are culturally aware and understand outdoor, cycling, and creator ecosystems, • You care about progression in sport, storytelling, and people, • Both brands maintain active, engaging, on-brand social presences driven by a well-managed content calendar, • Creators and ambassadors are well-supported, on-brief, and delivering content consistently, • A steady and growing volume of high-quality content — both created and curated — flowing through social channels, • Strong relationships with a growing network of outdoor and cycling creators and ambassadors, • Measurable contribution to engagement, reach, and community participation goals, • Content that inspires and drives product discovery and conversion
