We're looking for a Transport Services Registered Respiratory Therapist, someone who's ready to grow with our company. In this position you will provide quality respiratory care, treatment and stabilization of critically ill neonatal, pediatric, maternal, and adult congenital heart patients during fixed wing and short- and long-range ground transport. The RRT will collaborate with healthcare team members and associated resource personnel to problem solve and implement respiratory treatment modalities and interventions to maximize patient outcomes. We are searching for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Acute Care Certified who is motivated to work in an exciting pediatric setting! Job Summary The Medical Coordinator (MC) is responsible for assisting on ensuring the quality of medical services, treatment, and/or interventions provided to Unaccompanied Children (UC) in the program in collaboration with the contracted physicians. Medical Coordinator is the key monitor of patients' health through observing and assessing their records, symptoms, and reactions to treatment and care. They often have extensive interaction with the UC as well, guiding and instructing them in aftercare measures. The MC assist on the delivery of medical care with the emphasis on disease prevention and health maintenance while ensuring compliance with State licensing, Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), and all policies and procedures implemented by DSS. Essential Functions: • Coordinate appropriate health services, including urgent, emergent, and preventative health services, for children in care. This includes maintaining complete, confidential medical records for children, ensuring appropriate communication of health needs to case managers and clinicians, scheduling health care appointments., • Coordinating transportation to health care appointments, ensuring qualified interpretation and translation services are in place, and serving as a liaison for community health care providers., • Provide support in coordinating medical, dental, and mental health services to meet the needs of the children and ensure that all new arrivals receive their initial medical assessments within 48 hours as required by ORR., • Coordinate the daily administrative activities, including scheduling and client medical record maintenance.
