The ideal candidate will have expertise in all phases of construction, from planning to finishing touches. With multiple projects underway, we need someone who can handle a variety of tasks and guide projects to completion, working as both a leader and hands-on contributor. Responsibilities: Read and interpret construction plans with precision. Perform framing and understand the selection and quality of framing materials. Complete sheetrock installation, pasting, painting, and fine details to high standards. Ensure quality in small details that enhance the overall finish. Oversee projects from start to finish, maintaining a high level of craftsmanship. Work collaboratively on 3-5 projects at a time, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to timelines. Qualifications: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in all aspects of construction, from structural framing to finishing touches. Ability to work independently and manage construction tasks effectively. Strong understanding of building materials and framing standards. Detail-oriented with an eye for quality and craftsmanship. Our Bussers provide an exceptional customer experience by giving flawless service and creating memorable interactions in the service and presentation of our menu. Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables, setting decorations, service plates, and utensils. Protects the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies. Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean, replacing damaged or soiled pages, and cleaning chalkboards. Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, refilling water glasses, and being attentive to additional needs. Supports waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and busser stations. Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping and vacuuming floors, and removing trash from the facility. Updates job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities. Must be able to lift 25 pounds regularly and 50-pound objects occasionally. Must be able to work in refrigerated coolers and high moisture content preparation rooms for extended periods of time. Must be able to work in high temperature kitchen preparation areas. Ability to work with all fresh, dried and/or processed products, spices and powdered substances without negative allergic consequences. Must be able to tolerate moderate amounts of dust and chemical fumes from common household cleaning agents such as ammonia during routine housekeeping duties.
