The Role We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst, FP&A to support financial planning, forecasting, and business insights across the organization. This role will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to help drive data-driven decisions and provide visibility into company performance. What You'll Do • Financial Planning & Forecasting, • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning, • Build and maintain financial models related to revenue, headcount, and operating expenses, • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to support business decisions, • Analyze performance trends and provide insights on variances vs. plan, • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership, • Build dashboards and reports to track performance across the business, • Support development and improvement of FP&A processes and reporting tools, • Assist with implementation and optimization of financial systems, • 2–5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, consulting, or related field, • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (advanced Excel required), • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly, • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, • Experience in healthcare, benefits, or subscription-based business models, • Exposure to SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, pipeline, revenue forecasting), • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, • Opportunity to build and shape company culture from day one, • Direct impact on improving financial wellness for thousands of employees, • Flexible benefits package Why Join Us? • Impactful Growth: Lead the expansion of specialized services that provide critical support to members during complex life events., • Collaborative Environment: Work closely with a supportive team across Sales, Client Success, Product, and Marketing.
