Job Summary The Client Program Manager serves as the primary owner of assigned client supply chain programs after launch, responsible for program health, operational execution, client engagement, escalation management, performance reporting, contract compliance, and program growth. The role combines disciplined operational oversight with a client-facing ambassador function, including regular onsite engagement with client stakeholders, promotion of program value, and coordination across Wintec operations, finance, legal, procurement, logistics, warehousing, customer service, IT, accounting, vendors, and partners. The Client Program Manager is accountable for operational KPIs, vendor and partner performance, end-to-end issue resolution, and corrective actions that improve reliability, quality, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly personable, skilled at identifying stakeholder pain points and needs, enjoys knowledge sharing and solving problems, and is highly organized, process-driven, and analytical, with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while influencing teams without direct authority. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Program Ambassador · Serve as the day-to-day client-facing owner for assigned supply chain programs. · Maintain regular onsite presence with client stakeholders as required by program needs. · Build strong working relationships with commodity management, logistics, finance, planning, and other client program stakeholders. · Act as the resident knowledge base for program scope, value proposition, service model, operational commitments, and escalation paths. · Promote appropriate program utilization by helping client teams understand where Wintec’s services create value. · Capture client feedback, needs, concerns, and expansion signals, and translate them into internal action items or improvement plans. · Conduct regular stakeholder reviews covering program successes, risks, needs, and opportunities for expanded utilization. Service Delivery Execution & Operational Ownership · Manages the program to ensure compliance and governance against contract and commercial agreements. · Own operational performance to ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and to expected quality standards. · Serve as the first point of escalation for client, vendor, partner, and internal program issues. · Own escalation tracking from intake through closure, including root cause, action owner, resolution plan, timing, and communication updates. · Escalate unresolved risks, blockers, scope concerns, or commercial issues to the appropriate functional or executive owner. · Ensure corrective actions are documented, communicated, and followed through to completion. · Establish and run the operating cadence (weekly reviews, action tracking, escalation management, and internal program alignment). · Proactively identify risks and constraints; lead mitigation planning and communicate impacts and recovery plans to stakeholders. Contract Compliance & Change Governance · Monitor program execution against client contracts, statements of work, SLAs, commercial agreements, and operating commitments. · Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, Sales, and executive stakeholders to identify scope changes, commercial exceptions, compliance risks, or service-level gaps. · Ensure client requests that affect scope, cost, timing, risk, service level, or contractual obligations are documented and routed through the appropriate approval process. · Maintain a decision/action log for commitments, open issues, changes, exceptions, and client requests. · Support internal alignment on program changes before communicating commitments externally Program Growth & Utilization Expansion · Identify opportunities to expand program utilization across parts, suppliers, sites, business units, or service scope. · Partner with Sales, Solutions, Operations, and client stakeholders to surface new program needs and expansion opportunities. · Use QBRs and stakeholder reviews to present program wins, quantify value delivered, and recommend next-stage adoption. · Track barriers to broader utilization and coordinate internal support to remove them. · Help convert successful execution into repeatable playbooks, client success narratives, and expansion opportunities. KPI Management, Reporting & Insights · Own program-level operational KPIs (e.g., supply/demand, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy/aging, backlog accuracy, compliance, A/P and A/R operational drivers). · Maintain and improve dashboards and tracking tools; provide trend analysis, root-cause insights, and actionable recommendations. · Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting and business reviews (internal and with clients/partners). Vendor/Partner Performance & Compliance · Manage vendor and partner performance against SLAs, operational requirements, and company policies; maintain scorecards and lead performance reviews/QBRs. · Coordinate operational readiness (process alignment, documentation, system access, and KPI expectations). · Support quality checks, documentation reviews, and operational audits as required; ensure compliance and follow-through on remediation. Process Governance & Continuous Improvement · Own SOPs and process documentation for operational workflows; ensure adoption across internal teams and vendors. · Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; lead improvement initiatives (requirements gathering, testing/UAT support, rollout, training). · Partner with IT and functional teams to implement system/process enhancements that improve scalability, visibility, and control. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). · 5+ years of experience in project management, supply chain, operations, or vendor coordination roles. · Proven ability to build trust and represent the company professionally in a high-visibility, onsite client environment. · Experience owning operational KPIs, leading cross-functional execution, and driving issue resolution and corrective actions. · Experience working with 3PLs, logistics providers, suppliers, or contract manufacturers strongly preferred. · Strong Excel skills (pivot tables and Power BI tools a plus) and working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems. · Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding client environment.
