You’ll play a pivotal role connecting the Director of Operations, the sales team, vendors, and the beauty professionals who run businesses in our spaces. The right person will make the entire operation run smoother, faster, and with fewer surprises. Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly Responsibilities: • Provide administrative and operations support, including organized digital filing, project tracking, scheduling, and workflow coordination., • Coordinate suite readiness, repairs, cleanings, vendor scheduling, and routine maintenance across multiple locations., • Support tenant onboarding/offboarding, daily communication, and occasional location tours for prospective tenants., • Assist with financial tasks such as weekly rent reconciliation, invoicing, auditing payment logs, and preparing leadership reports., • Serve as a friendly, responsive point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal team members, ensuring clear and timely communication., • Work primarily from the office with occasional field visits and light rotating after-hours availability for urgent matters.Qualifications:, • 3+ years of administrative assistant experience, demonstrating a proven ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and complete tasks without waiting for direction., • Prefer 2+ years of property management and CRM platform experience, with the ability to learn systems quickly and maintain accurate, organized records., • Exceptionally organized, with strong systems-thinking, you maintain tight processes, clear documentation, and reliable follow-through., • High responsiveness and urgency; you communicate clearly, handle shifting priorities with ease, and keep momentum high., • Strong accuracy and attention to detail; able to audit information, manage deadlines, and produce polished, reliable work., • Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders (partners, vendors, and leadership) with professionalism, warmth, and solution-oriented thinking., • Demonstrated ability to take ownership; once something is on your plate, it gets handled with no loose ends., • A steady presence under pressure; able to stay composed, resourceful, and positive during busy seasons or unexpected challenges.About Company Original Ventures is a dynamic, family-owned company redefining hospitality, real estate, and wellness in Arizona.
