Job DescriptionAbout Monstro Monstro is an AI-native fintech platform reimagining how people and institutions manage money. We're building a modern foundation for financial decision-making—combining intelligence, automation, and elegant design to help users make smarter choices with confidence. Our team includes experienced builders from leading fintech, wealth management, and technology companies, united by a shared goal: to create a category-defining product that transforms how financial insight is delivered and acted on. About the Role Monstro is hiring a senior, hands-on content and narrative leader to establish the company as a credible authority in AI-driven banking transformation—starting from zero public presence. Today, Monstro has no website, published content, or established external visibility. This role exists to change that deliberately, calmly, and credibly. This role is also responsible for helping define and establish a new category in institutional AI, shaping how banking leaders understand the problem, why it matters now, and why existing approaches fall short. The focus is not traffic, lead volume, or traditional marketing funnels. The focus is institutional credibility that directly supports executive-level go-to-market conversations with banks and financial institutions. At Monstro, content is treated as sales-adjacent infrastructure, not marketing output. This is an individual contributor role that combines editorial judgment, narrative ownership, and close partnership with founders and executives. Why This Role Matters Monstro operates in highly regulated, high-stakes environments where clarity and credibility are prerequisites for engagement. Before institutions are willing to explore pilots, partnerships, or product depth, they need confidence that Monstro understands their world—how banks think about risk, AI adoption, economics, and operational constraints. This role ensures that when banks encounter Monstro—through content, outreach, conferences, or follow-up materials—they encounter sound judgment, institutional fluency, and clear, grounded thinking. Success is measured by the quality and effectiveness of conversations this work enables, not by impressions, clicks, or engagement metrics.
