QUALIFICATIONS: • Strong background in revenue management and budgeting, • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, • Flexible schedule and availability to attend networking and marketing events, • Exceptional customer service and guest relations skills, • ·A minimum of 2 years of hotel sales experience preferred, or 5 years’ experience in a sales-focused role., • Ability to sit for extended periods throughout the workday, • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, • Manuel dexterity needed to type, • Ability to grasp to hold a telephone, • Frequent travel within the local market, requiring the ability to drive and visit clients., • Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.) for trade shows, presentations, and promotional events.
