Duties/Responsibilities: • Organize, plan, and budget for in-person and virtual meetings, events, and education classes., • Facilitate virtual meetings and classes., • Schedule and book meeting spaces and coordinate events according to each individual meeting, event, or class., • Book travel including flights and hotels for different employees ranging from Director level to Educator Contractors according to the budget guidelines., • Prepare or contribute to monthly and quarterly financial reports of all meetings, events, and classes you manage or support.
