This is not just a front desk position it is a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our business and delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a refined, fast-paced, and client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities • Warmly greet and assist every guest, providing an exceptional and welcoming first impression, • Manage the salon and spa appointment schedule with accuracy and efficiency, • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding services, scheduling, and follow-ups, • Handle payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate financial records, • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the reception and retail areas, • Support management and service providers with administrative and operational needs, • Assist clients with product recommendations and service information, • Participate in marketing initiatives, special events, and client appreciation efforts, • Uphold the salon and spas professional standards at all times Qualifications • Minimum of 12 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk coordinator, or client service representative (salon, spa, or hospitality experience preferred), • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus, • Proficiency in salon/spa scheduling software and general computer applications, • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, • Familiarity with editing and updating website content is strongly preferred, • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a busy environment, • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset, • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends We Offer • Flexible scheduling options, • Paid Time Off (PTO), • Ongoing professional training and development, • Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the salon and spa This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional atmosphere and who is looking to build a long-term career within the beauty and wellness industry.
