Job DescriptionSummary Provide training and leadership support to Ogle students through consistent observations, instruction and constructive interaction delivering quality curriculum content and implementation that supports Ogle-established education expectations. Responsibilities • Integrate Ogle School’s Core Values of Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence and Teamwork in all aspects of interaction., • Support the educational process to meet or exceed budgeted expectations in the areas of student retention and student attendance., • Adhere to all statutes and regulations from Federal, State, and regulatory agencies, and adhere to all Company policies., • Ensure student compliance with policy, • Maintain the integrity of all academic policies and regulations, interpreting the same to students, faculty, staff, and external customers., • Ensure that the facility fosters a positive and respectful environment in which to train students and partner with staff in the best practices of customer service., • Teach and actively assist students in preparing and passing the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations, State Licensing Exam, TDLR, and in obtaining Career placement, • Ensure consistent student engagement through compact schedules of interactive learning activities and theory., • Securely maintain all facility and all necessary supplies and tools to teach students and provide services for clinic guests, • Oversee and council student on their attendance daily., • Monitor timelines and satisfaction for guest services coaching, evaluating and grading student performance on the clinic floor to achieve guest satisfaction, rebooking and product recommendations., • Maintain and conduct student grades counseling students on their progress and ensuring knowledge and salon skill development fulfill the curriculum requirements, • Support the Company growth through constructive interaction and personal attendance at meetings, events, and other related functions. Admissions graduation and contests, • Education: High School Graduate or equivalent, • Licenses: Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations, Licensed Operator, Licensed Instructor, • Proven record of successful supervisory experience in a people-oriented environment., • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common industry-related journals, documents such as financial reports, operating and maintenance instructions, and policy and procedure manuals., • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence., • Ability to clearly communicate procedures, policies, and other information verbally, in writing and/or by demonstration, to students, staff, and/or management, • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests, students, staff, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community., • Ability to collaborate effectively with departments and cross-functional teams., • A positive attitude and ability to plan and adapt to change., • Ability to effectively present information to students, management and/or public groups., • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash sales, discounts and percentages and apply concepts of basic mathematics., • Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. While performing the duties of this job the associate is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The associate is regularly required to stand and/or walk for long periods. The associate is occasionally required to sit; or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The associate is regularly required to lift up to 5 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. The vision requirements include close vision.
