Job Description TITLE: CIS Site Coordinator STATUS: Full time; Exempt REPORTS TO: Program Director SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for the day-to day operations of the program at the school site. The site coordinator works closely with the principal, faculty, students, parents, community members, and other concerned individuals to ensure that identified Communities In Schools of Brazoria and/or Southeast Harris County programs are provided. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: • Coordinates services for identified students during the school day and possibly before and after school., • Interview students and/or parents and/or guardians with problems such as personal and family adjustments, finances, employment, food, clothing, housing, and physical and mental impairments to determine the nature and degree of the problem., • Secures information such as medical, psychological, and social factors contributing to students' situations and evaluates these factors and students' capacities., • Counsels students individually, in family, or other small groups regarding plans for meeting needs and aids students in mobilizing inner capacities and environmental resources to improve social functioning., • Helps students to modify attitudes and patterns of behavior by increasing understanding of self, personal issues, • Maintains working knowledge of community resources and agencies and engages the appropriate resources for individual students' and families’ needs, • Refers student and/or parent and/or guardian to community resources and other organizations., • Compiles records and prepares reports, meeting required deadlines in a timely manner., • Review the service plan and perform follow-up inquiries to determine the quantity and quality of services provided to the student and the status of the student's case., • Accesses and records student and community resource information., • Secures supplementary information such as free and reduced lunch status, discipline reports, grades, and other school data reports necessary to accurately assess the student’s needs., • Actively involve volunteers in their areas of interest and expertise., • Work closely with the principal(s) to effectively structure programs, meeting the needs of the individual campus setting. Job Description Route Sales Representative – Frozen Beverage (Slushies) Join our esteemed coffee and frozen beverage distribution company with 25 years of industry excellence as a Route Sales Representative focused on selling, maintaining, and growing our frozen beverage portfolio, including slushies, Lemonades and Aqua Fresca beverages . Previous route or beverage sales experience is required. In this role, you will own a set territory, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth by actively selling and supporting our frozen and juice products at customer locations, while also handling deliveries and basic machine/product maintenance. Key Responsibilities • Drive sales of frozen beverage products (primarily slushies) by presenting promotions, recommending products, and increasing volume and placements at existing accounts., • Maintain and grow an assigned route by regularly visiting customers, checking inventory, suggesting orders, and identifying new sales opportunities within the territory., • Deliver frozen beverage products to customer locations, verify deliveries against invoices, and ensure products are properly rotated, stocked, and merchandised in freezers and machines., • Collect customer payments, secure invoices, and return all funds and paperwork to the office at the end of the day in an accurate and timely manner., • Provide basic support on frozen beverage equipment (such as slush machines), including simple troubleshooting, reporting service issues, and coordinating with service teams when needed., • Accurately count, inspect, and load products onto the truck each morning to ensure correct inventory and product quality for the day’s route., • Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized delivery/sales vehicle and follow all company safety, driving, and operational procedures. Work Schedule • Days: Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed), • Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED., • 3–5 years of route sales, beverage distribution, or general delivery experience (commercial cargo van / box truck experience required)., • Proven experience in customer service and account management, with a strong focus on upselling and relationship building., • Comfortable handling cash, working with invoices, and closing out daily route paperwork., • Knowledge of GPS and route mapping software., • Basic mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills (experience with beverage or refrigeration equipment is a plus)., • Experience in distribution, warehouse, or food & beverage environments., • Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Clean driving record and ability to pass pre‑employment testing (drug screen, background check, physical abilities test)., • Reliable transportation to commute to work.
