Job Title Director, Child & Family (Mental Health) Clinic Location Queens Village, NY (On-site) Organization Lifeline Center for Child Development Position Overview Lifeline is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Director of the Child & Family Clinic to provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for our growing outpatient program serving children, adolescents, and families. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician who is both a strong teacher and supervisor and an operationally skilled leader, capable of managing the day-to-day functioning of a multidisciplinary clinic while advancing high-quality, trauma-informed care. The Child & Family Clinic is currently funded through a generous SAMHSA grant through 2028, with New York State Office of Mental Health (NYS OMH) licensure pending, positioning the program for long-term sustainability and expansion. POSITION OVERVIEW Under the supervision of the Senior Administrator, the Program Director ensures quality care and oversees the functions of the program according to regulatory bodies and accreditation requirements.
