Job Description Community Missions, on the U.S. Side of Niagara, has various Lead Residential Counselor positions throughout the agency; in both youth and adult services. The positions are responsible for the implementation of trauma informed and person-centered individualized service plans. In addition, they supervise daily activities and maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere for the residents. Lead Residential Counselors work closely with residents, their families, and a network of service providers to ensure the residents receive the necessary support to achieve their personal goals.
