Key Responsibilities * Provide executive oversight for multiple construction projects from preconstruction through close-out * Cultivate and grow client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for high-level project discussions * Drive business development efforts to secure new opportunities and expand presence in the Central NY region * Partner with estimating and preconstruction teams to evaluate pursuits and ensure cost competitiveness * Lead internal teams, mentoring project managers, superintendents, and junior staff for long-term development * Guide execution strategies around cost control, scheduling, subcontractor performance, and quality assurance * Represent the company at industry events, agency meetings, and key client presentations * Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and performance across all active projects Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry experience) * Minimum of 12+ years of construction experience with 8+ in a senior leadership role managing complex commercial projects * Proven ability to oversee projects ranging from $5M to $50M+, with expertise in scheduling, contracts, and budget management * Demonstrated success in both operations leadership and client-facing business development * Strong knowledge of building systems, jobsite logistics, permitting, and construction best practices * Proficiency in construction management tools such as Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office * Experience mentoring teams and developing high-performance cultures * Local market knowledge and relationships in the Syracuse/Central NY area are a plus Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Life insurance and both short- and long-term disability * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Tuition reimbursement and professional development support * Travel incentives and performance bonuses (where applicable)
