Join a collaborative healthcare team and provide expert clinical support for pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in a leading Boston healthcare facility. \n\nKey Job Details – Boston Nursing Jobs\n\n\n\t • Location: Boston, MA 02115 – Work in a city renowned for its world-class hospitals and vibrant healthcare community.\n\t, • Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology (IR RN)\n\t, • Start Date: February 15, 2026\n\t, • End Date: May 17, 2026\n\t, • Contract Length: 13 weeks\n\t, • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week\n\t, • Shift Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (Day: 7:00am–7:30pm, Mid: 11:00am–11:30pm, Night: 3:00pm–3:30am)\n\t, • Weekend Requirement: 3 of 6 weekends per contract\n\t, • Patient Population: Pediatrics, adolescents, adults\n\t, • Charting System: EPIC EMR\n\t, • Scrub Color: Any solid color (OR provided)\n\t, • Parking: Discounted off-site parking with shuttle service; free night shift parking\n\n\nQualifications – Interventional Radiology RN Jobs in Massachusetts\n\n\n\t, • Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license (permanent license required)\n\t, • Minimum 2 years of recent experience on a pediatric vascular access team, HemeOnc, ICU, or similar clinical support roles\n\t, • Proficiency in ultrasound-guided IV placement and vein finder technology\n\t, • Experience with vascular access for pediatric and adult patient populations\n\t, • BLS certification required\n\t, • Ability to float throughout hospital units as needed\n\t, • Two professional references from two of the last three healthcare employers (different facilities)\n\t, • First-time travel nurses welcome\n\n\nResponsibilities – Pediatric Vascular Access Nurse\n\n\n\t, • Perform ultrasound-guided peripheral venous access and IV placements for patients with difficult veins\n\t, • Insert and manage PICC lines, peripheral IVs, and implanted vascular access devices (ports)\n\t, • Assess site and vessel selection, monitor IV patency, and troubleshoot vascular access complications\n\t, • Provide clinical recommendations on IV types and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams\n\t, • Float to various units, supporting pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients as needed\n\t professionals and the facilities that need them nationwide.
