The Order Processor will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, maintaining the flow of operations, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing: Review and process incoming orders via our e-commerce platform (WordPress-based). Ensure all order details (products, quantities, shipping addresses, etc.) are accurate. Communicate with the customer service team to resolve any order discrepancies. Label Printing: Access and print shipping labels through the WordPress backend (knowledge of WooCommerce, Amazon, Walmart is a plus). Ensure labels are accurate and match the order details. Organize and attach the correct shipping labels to each package. Packing Orders: Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring all items are carefully handled and protected during transit.
