As a Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices. Duties: - Diagnose hardware and software issues on various devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc. - Perform repairs and replacements on damaged components, such as screens, batteries, charging ports, IC problems - Install and update operating systems on mobile devices - Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile device technologies and industry trends -Micro soldering is a PLUS Requirements: - Familiarity with Mac OS and computer hardware - Experience working with Android operating systems - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: Tips Language: Spanish (Required) English (Required) Work Location: In person
