Position Overview As a Digital Ad Ops Specialist, you’ll coordinate and execute digital advertising campaigns across Bonneville Seattle’s Owned & Operated and Audience Extension platforms. You’ll ensure accurate delivery, optimize performance, and support sales teams with campaign setup, reporting, and creative execution. Bonneville Seattle has an opening for a dynamic Digital Ad Operations Coordinator. Bonneville Seattle Digital Ad Operations Coordinator is responsible for helping launch campaigns for our Owned and Operated (O&O) Digital Products and our Audience Extension Products (Audience in Motion); including, but not limited to, display, social, video, email, newsletter, pre-roll, App, native advertising, and content sponsorships. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate impression delivery by preparing reports, analyzing data, preparing recommendations for tactical optimizations to further increase success rate and renew/grow current revenue. This person will work collaboratively with Account Executives and Account Managers on pre and post sales coordination and implementation of digital advertising solutions and campaigns to new and existing clients. Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion. • This position is a hybrid role that requires the employee to sometimes work at our Seattle site. Specific hybrid schedules will be determined based on business needs and evaluated by managers and senior management. What You Will Do: Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to: Priority 1 • Participate in pre-sales and digital campaign details, review and confirm digital orders, revisions, and requests, • Manage all post-sale operational activities, • Manage all aspects of post-sale digital campaigns for the market for both AIM and Owned and Operated digital sales., • Accurately implement and monitor all digital campaigns for both AIM and Owned and Operated properties in multiple platforms., • Support Account Managers in executing, managing, and recapping digital campaigns for clients, • Pull regular digital reports that monitor campaign performance, • Participate in training to enhance professional skills and overall understanding of new and evolving media., • Responsible for O&O digital management including ad placements for apps, desktop, and mobile, • Support and drive quality assurance processes for digital campaigns by setting up tracking mechanisms, monitoring O&O campaign performance, and communicating consistently with Account Executives, • Support Digital Sales Manager and Digital Media Strategist(s) by providing updated digital data as for sales materials and campaign summaries. Maintain sales collateral for O&O offerings, • Maintain and update digital rate card and inventory list Priority 2 • Provide creative support in ad design and copy for digital sales team, • Assist with trafficking of any O&O house campaigns (i.e. helping Marketing), • Responsible for On Demand analytics, ensure proper ad placement, and serves as a back-up for ad trafficking, • Execute, manage and recap digital campaigns for sales team Skills and Experience We Are Looking For: • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, • Goal oriented and self-motivated with a proven capability of independently organizing and utilizing a time management system, performing work, and assuring follow-through., • Strong analytics, problem solving and decision-making skills., • Familiarity with digital advertising and social media platforms., • Able to manage multiple tasks and campaigns in a timely manner with accuracy in a fast-paced environment, • Ability to organize, analyze and interpret statistical data, draw conclusions from findings and follow-through., • Ability to work with moderate supervision, confidential information and be a self-starter., • Capable and willing to resolve unexpected problems and be flexible to perform unscheduled assignments., • A high level of proficiency with computers, software and new technologies. Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, • Proven ability to handle stress., • Understanding of digital online advertising, preferred, • Ability to assist with client facing presentations, preferred., • Possess excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills. Physical Demands • Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively., • Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time., • Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Compensation Range $28 - $33 per hour. Salary/Hourly rate will be determined by an evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal and external benchmarks.
