The Director is responsible for providing regular supervision to all Residential Coordinators and Housing Team Lead, as well as provide oversight and supervision to Behavioral Health Specialists and Case Managers as needed. The Director will handle employee and consumer complaints/concerns, monitoring consumer general circumstances as it involves housing, and assuring general safety and cleanliness. The Director will document and report client occupancy and status, oversee, plan and support social events and is responsible for staff meetings and training. ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provides supervision to Residential Care employees, assures program staff are supported and trained in accordance with policies., • Handles personnel matters timely, effectively and consistently with existing policies, including interviewing, hiring, counseling, terminating, and completing annual evaluations for employees.
