Proven experience in capital planning, risk management, contract management, and project management., 4. Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including the delivery of personal care services and behavioral health services., 5. Proven experience in managing budgets and financial planning., 6. Experience in overseeing audits and ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal requirements., 7. Experience in property development and major equipment purchases., 8. Proven ability to develop and implement training programs., 9. Experience in managing social services in a healthcare setting., 10.
