Job Description PositionSummary: TheSeniorMember Engagement Associate (SMEA) position is an engagement, customerservice,administrativeandmembersupportposition.TheprimaryfunctionoftheMemberEngagementAssociateroleistosupportandpartnerwiththe Senior Member EngagementDirector to scheduleCenterMembermeetings,preparerelevantdocumentsand to track, engage and grow the Center Members'utilizationof the entire portfolio of products within the Human Capital(HC)Center.TheSMEA alsoassistsin efforts toachieve the Center's financial targets. Accountabilities: * Supports Senior Member Engagement Director (SMED)by developing, executing, andmaintaininga member engagement cadence for each HC Center Memberwithin territoryto increase awareness of the Center's resources and build a deeper relationship with Center Executives (CE).Thisincludes:outreach,follow-ups,renewals,forecasting,contract negotiations, saving at-risk members, invoicing, and accounts receivable. * Supports SMED in partnering with internal TCB departments to collaborate, develop, andoptimizenew and existing resources, tools, processes, and strategies related to HC Center memberengagement;e.g.marketing, new product development, events, etc. * Expertiseof HCCenter's offeringsto proactively engage Membersand provide a"white glove"service. * Assistin the creation ofmarketingcampaigns targeted at key member stakeholders,to beusedbyHCCenter engagement team. * Supports planning and execution of HC Center sponsored regional convenings and events, including coordination with internal teams and external partners, attendee management, materials preparation, and on-site support as needed (light travelrequired). * Assistswith operationallogisticstied to sponsored events and convenings, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with member engagement goals, including follow-ups and post-event engagement tracking. * Offer direct support forMembers assigned to theirterritory, including allnecessary follow-upsforHC Center Members inatimelyandaccuratefashionafterexternal meetings and e-mail requests. * Be a proactive ambassador of the HC Center internally and externally at TCB events. * Identifiesprospective executives within Member organizations to reach outto,schedule meetings andparticipatein conversations to share the Center'sresources. * Accurately and regularlyupdates,maintains, andmanagesmultiple systems tracking member activity andutilizationas well asall membership engagement documents.Prepares situation-specific marketing materials,presentations,andothercollateralneededformember engagement/upsellactivities. * Collaborates with Member Development and Enterprise Engagement teams, as well as the Member Engagement Director, to transition new members and develop a first-year engagementstrategy and with any Member "save" efforts. * Whenrequested,attendsoccasionalmeetings inplaceoftheSenior Member Engagement Director. * Responsible for being a champion of our five core values: Relevance, Openness, Innovation, Integrity, and Collaboration * Take the lead on other senior-level MEAduties as assign Qualifications * Bachelor's degree * Two years of relevant experience highly desirable * Project management and administration skills * Strong time management and organizational skills able to multi-task * Ability to collaborate within TCB and with member contacts * Customer service orientation * Strategic, analytical thinkers and results-oriented team players with a customer service mentality. * Ability to be self-motivated and proactive with minimal supervision. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to connect with business professionals at all levels. * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to multi-task and follow-up. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel,PowerPointand Teams. * Ability to quickly learn other software tools * Experience working with CRM platforms preferred; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
