Position Summary Metalforms, a TransTech Group company, is seeking a Project/Operations Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of operations-focused projects in the oil and gas sector. This role is critical to ensuring customer value through enhanced environmental quality, production optimization, resource conservation, and downtime reduction. Tasks & Responsibilities • Lead projects from kickoff to completion, managing schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers., • Coordinate across engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure project success., • Serve as the “voice of the customer” in handover and kickoff meetings; track production progress, approvals, and materials., • Oversee contract management, shipping, invoicing, accounts receivable, and progress billing., • Monitor KPIs (cost, schedule, quality, safety) and drive corrective actions when needed., • Conduct project post-mortem reviews and implement lessons learned., • Experience managing large, complex projects with cross-functional teams., • Strong knowledge of project management tools and familiarity with CAD/design software (e.g., AutoCAD)., • Demonstrated skills in stakeholder engagement, contract negotiation, and cost forecasting., • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering (preferred)., • Shop and office environment at Beaumont site., • HSA health plan or traditional PPO, • 401(k) with generous company match (Safe Harbor), • Dental, vision, and optional coverage like accident & critical illness insurance, • HSA and FSA accounts to save on healthcare costs, • Company-paid Life, Long Term Disability, and AD&D insurance, • Confidential support for mental health, family matters, legal concerns, and more through our Employee Assistance Program, • Discounts on gyms, shopping & entertainment, • Paid Time Off, • Paid Holidays #Metalforms

Qualifications We Prefer * Experience with testing and troubleshooting RF and Microwave component/subsystem such as up-converters, down converters, power amplifiers, waveform generators, RF modulators, and limiters.
