Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Beaumont, TX. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and develop behavior intervention programs grounded in applied behavior analysis. Daily responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, modeling intervention strategies, collecting and analyzing data, and adjusting treatment plans based on outcomes. The BCBA will provide parent and caregiver training, and maintain clear, timely clinical documentation. The role also involves ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards, participating in team meetings, and supporting ongoing staff training and development. Qualifications • Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans., • Knowledge of Psychology and Behavior Management principles to address diverse behavioral, social, and learning needs., • Experience providing Parent Education, including training, coaching, and collaboration with caregivers and family members., • Current BCBA certification in good standing and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines., • Experience supervising behavior technicians or RBTs and providing performance feedback., • Proficiency in data collection, data analysis, and use of electronic documentation systems., • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with clients, families, and team members., • Ability to work on-site in Beaumont, TX., • CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) preferred.
