Job Description We are an established temporary staffing agency with over 20 years in the staffing industry, currently rebuilding and modernizing our operations, and we're looking for proactive, organized Administrative / Personal Assistant to grow with us. This role supports daily operations including scheduling, recruiting coordination, onboarding, client communication, timesheets, invoicing, payroll and general administrative support. Candidates with interests or experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or marketing are encouraged to apply. Must be detail orientated, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fluctuating environment. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required. No staffing experience necessary - will train the right person.

Job DescriptionDescription: About the Role • Estimated first-year earnings range: $45,000-$65,000, • Uncapped commission and earnings., • Training Pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks., • This position sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property and merchandise., • The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services., • Leads are generated through a combination of walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive lead generation and prospecting. Requirements: Education and/or Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required with some additional education preferred in a related area such as Business, Marketing, and/or Sales., • Bilingual required (Spanish), with the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written settings., • 1 year of sales experience preferred., • Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle. Offsite appointments will occur in this role including meetings with clients and community events. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel associated with job duties., • Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook) required., • Experience working in a CRM (lead management system preferred)., • Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills., • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills., • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment., • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information., • This position requires availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed.
