With strong revenue momentum and an expanding multi product environment, we are searching for a Head of Design who can bring clarity, leadership, and design excellence to an increasingly complex product suite. This role is ideal for a design leader who loves to build teams, systems, and world class user experiences. What You Will Lead * Build, mentor, and scale a growing product design team * Own the end to end design strategy for a multi product SaaS platform * Balance UX research with strong design frameworks to create intuitive and effective solutions * Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to translate real user needs into scalable experiences * Cultivate an iterative design culture based on rapid prototyping and continuous refinement * Serve as the final review point for design quality throughout the product development lifecycle * Develop, evolve, and maintain design systems and component libraries * Introduce modern product discovery practices including the use of AI in design workflows What You Bring * Five to eight or more years of product design experience, including at least three years in a lead or manager role * Strong background in B2B or enterprise SaaS, ideally within a fast paced or startup environment * Versatile skills across research, systems thinking, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping * Comfort making clear decisions with incomplete information * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * A hands on leadership approach and the ability to guide your team by actively contributing * Experience building and maintaining design systems * Strong proficiency in Figma * Experience in vertical SaaS is a meaningful plus Tactical Responsibilities * Execute a design strategy that supports adoption, usability, and customer success * Build meaningful relationships with users in order to understand workflows, goals, and pain points * Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to inform design direction * Implement best in class design processes and standards * Tailor design solutions to customer needs in a value driven, outcome oriented way * Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure a cohesive customer experience Why This Role Stands Out * You will be a key design leader at the executive table with a direct voice in product direction * You will create solutions that address real operational challenges for real users * You will establish the design culture, systems, and processes that define the next stage of the company * You will join a team that values curiosity, resourcefulness, and the extra one percent effort * You will have significant opportunity to influence a product used daily across the country Benefits * Salary range of $190,000 to $210,000 * Flexible time off and a culture that supports autonomous work * Company paid medical, dental, and vision coverage * 401k * Strong focus on ongoing learning and career development * A supportive and inclusive environment that welcomes diverse perspectives Benefits • Competitive base salary ($180-210k/year), • Opportunity to make a direct impact, • Flextime, recognition, and support for autonomous work, • Company-paid medical, dental, and vision, • 401k, • For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
