Job DescriptionSalary: $58,000 + / Year, DOE Summary We are hiring a full-time Outpatient Therapists to provide therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families across community settings. This role includes conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy. Ideal candidates are Medicaid-approved providers and eligible to join private insurance panels. Flexibility to serve clients in-office, at home, and in the community is essential. What Youll Do • Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client., • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using goal-specific, evidence-based interventions., • Deliver urgent care and crisis intervention as needed., • Collaborate with clinical team members, primary care providers, and external partners to coordinate integrative care., • Complete documentation within 24 hours of service delivery., • Participate in clinical supervision, staff development, and quality assurance activities., • Manage insurance panels and ensure practice compliance with departmental guidelines., • Assess client progress and coordinate additional supports and resources as necessary. Who Were Looking For You are a passionate, adaptable clinician with a strong foundation in mental health care and a desire to work in diverse environments. Youre confident providing therapy in homes, communities, or office settings, and value both independent and team-based work.
