Job Description Job Type: Full-Time, in-person/hybrid Compensation: Salaried for licensed clinicians, hourly for associates Location: San Francisco, CA About the role We need a highly motivated mental health therapist who is friendly and welcoming to clients and their families. We are looking to find someone who is either experienced or willing to learn, with a positive personality, great people skills, great attitude, upbeat, energetic, organized, and a hard worker to keep up with the pace! We are looking for someone flexible and willing/excited to provide services to varying ages of individuals at our private practive in San Francisco, CA We have several openings available and are looking for BBS Registered Therapists/Social Workers (LMFTs, LPCCs, LCSWs, AMFTS, ASW, APCC) to join our team. We provide weekly individual, triadic, and/or group supervision to our Associates so that they may gain their required BBS hours for licensure and learn from the wonderful clinicians on our team and each other. We provide an upbeat, positive, and supportive work environment. Our staff are quality clinicians who have a heart for helping and are motivated to excel in their careers. The Mental Health Therapist position will be held by an individual who has the training, education, and experience necessary to serve as a therapist for Children, Youth, Adults, and Families affected by mental & behavioral issues, trauma, loss, grief, developmental disabilities, and other needs. The therapist has a desire to practice legal and ethical practices and principles and abide by the highest ethical standards. Education and Experience Required • Master's Degree in Psychology/Social Work/Counseling or closely related behavioral science field from an accredited college or university., • Experience or willingness to learn the development of client-centered treatment plans., • Strong knowledge and deep understanding of mental and behavioral health therapies and desire to deliver these services with the highest quality and ethical standards., • Must have excellent writing and communication skills., • Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask., • Must be able to work well as part of a team., • Bilingual is a plus!Requirements:, • Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule, including a few days with late afternoon/evening availability., • A current California Board of Behavioral Sciences Registration (LMFTs, LPCCs, LCSWs, AMFT, ASW, APCC), • Ability to meet contract requirements and relevant regulations, such as fingerprint clearances, positive references, TB test, required vaccinations, etc., • Valid driver's license and auto insurance., • Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
