Your responsibilities will include: • Work directly with electrical construction crews to provide on-site safety guidance and support., • Conduct regular job site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and NFPA 70E standards., • Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies., • Lead and document safety inspections, incident reports, near misses, and corrective actions., • Analyze safety data to identify trends and recommend process improvements., • Deliver safety training on topics such as electrical safety, LOTO, PPE, hazard recognition, and incident reporting., • Conduct root cause analyses for all incidents and provide actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence.
