Job DescriptionDuties: Under the supervision of the Director, Data & Process Management, support the overall objectives of Joni and Friends’ Development department. Perform duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to: • Managing the Analytics Specialist team, • Oversee the Batching Process, • Communicating with Area Ministry and Development teams to adhere to daily/weekly deadlines, • Ensuring all batches are processed in a timely manner and in alignment with having all batches cleared out of queue by the end of the day Friday, • Final phase review of all batches before posting to Sage Intacct, • Leading the Deposit Audit process through, • IDC processing and handling of mailed-in contributions, • Working with Accounting and Area Ministry teams, • Identifying pain points and solutions, • Processing Stock Donations (upon receipt) to post to Sage Intacct, • Processing ACH Transactions within the system via, • Auditing transactions processed through Salesforce, • Reconciling Salesforce against deposits, • Working directly with Accounting team, • Leading Data Hygiene cleanup projects related to Analytics Specialist batching, • Team Leadership, Development, and Guidance, • Lead and manage direct reports providing guidance, training, and timely support, • Schedule regular 1:1s with direct reports to review projects, goals, expectations, and overall performance, • Continuously develop the skills and knowledge of direct reports to enhance their capabilities and identify skills gaps and work with staff to close the gaps, • Work with staff to create, track and, complete their goals, • Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive and collaborative work environment, • Other duties and projects as assigned by the Supervisor to support department and organizational needsQualifications:, • Must possess a vibrant personal relationship with Jesus Christ and agree with the Joni and Friends statement of faith, • Desire to serve in a growing and dynamic Christian service ministry, • Bachelor’s Degree required, or over 5 years experience., • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce Products, product dashboards, and interfaces between systems, • Salesforce Certification preferred, • Knowledge of Regression analysis forecasting, • Exceptional analytical skills and abilities for data selection, extraction, and analysis, • Ability to identify trends in data and present analysis and results at all levels of the organization, • Good interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to effectively organize and prioritize a wide range of daily tasks with varied deadlines are necessary, • Must be detail oriented, committed to accuracy, a team player and self-starter who is flexible and able to work independently, • Must have a strong sense of confidentiality, • Strong general computer skills are necessary along with a competent, working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and the Internet, • Understanding of Christian ministry and specifically Joni and Friends is desirableThis position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office presence on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Wednesday and Friday. During busy seasons or high-volume periods, the Data Batching Team Lead may be asked to work additional in-office days to assist with mail processing and contribution intake. Compensation for this position is between $25.00 and $29.00 per hour. This is a non-exempt position.
