Job Description Job Description Join a dynamic and rapidly growing team within the Transportation Operations sector. As a Shipper Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily freight movements into and out of North American fulfillment centers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team focused on optimizing logistics and customer service. Responsibilities • Ensure smooth shipments by supporting freight operations., • Analyze data to improve efficiency and eliminate defects., • Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues., • Execute processes to meet standard work expectations., • Experience in logistics and operations., • Strong customer service skills., • Ability to coordinate between multiple parties., • Exceptional communication skills., • Work experience in transportation and supply chain management., • Experience in customer/vendor relations, freight, transportation, and dispatch., • Ability to deep dive and problem solve effectively. The role operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Work is remote on Mondays and Fridays, while office presence is required from Tuesday to Thursday. The environment is fast-paced, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
