Summary: The Foreclosure Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of 2-4 foreclosure assistants and assisting in overseeing the end-to-end judicial and non-judicial foreclosure process. This role supports the Foreclosure Managers to ensure compliance with foreclosure timelines, helping to increase production efficiency and high levels of client satisfaction. Description of Duties: • Case Management & Documentation: Draft, file, and serve foreclosure documents; order records; and ensure timely and accurate processing of foreclosure matters., • Organization & Compliance: Assist with monitoring deadlines, calendars, and internal case systems while adhering to applicable civil court procedures, federal and state regulations, investor requirements, and client directives., • Reporting & Communication: Assist with preparation and review of client production reports, and other metrics. Communicate case statuses, production levels, obstacles, and team morale updates to Foreclosure Managers., • Client Relations: Serve as the point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships through clear communication and responsive service., • System Accuracy: Ensure case data and foreclosure statuses are accurately maintained across internal and client platforms., • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and departmental goals., • Adaptability: Support additional duties as needed, contributing to a collaborative and solutions-driven work environment., • May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals. Required: • Over 1 year of experience with Foreclosure processes and related documentation., • Related Knowledge:, • Working knowledge of the McCarthy & Holthus, LLP foreclosure processing system., • Processing knowledge of various servicer foreclosure processing systems., • Workflow Management: Working knowledge of business workflow and general processes., • System Knowledge: Familiarity with servicer foreclosure processing systems like BKFS, Tempo, or similar intermediary systems., • Organization: Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills., • Adaptability: Skill in rapidly adjusting to new challenges and changes., • Work Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume team setting. The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are required to be onsite 2-3 days per week following a 90-day training period and upon management approval. Salary Range: The salary for this position typically ranges from $20.00-25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors.
