You must have strong barbering skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the beauty industry. Key Responsibilities: • Perform haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling for clients according to their preferences and industry standards., • Provide recommendations on hair care and grooming products tailored to individual client needs., • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including sterilization of tools and hygiene practices, adhering to health and safety regulations., • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business through excellent customer service., • Stay updated on the latest haircutting techniques, styles, and trends in the grooming industry., • Promote salon services and products to clientele to boost sales and enhance their experience., • Manage appointments and communicate with clients effectively to address their grooming needs., • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications: • Valid NJ state barbering license or cosmetology license required., • Proficient in various haircutting techniques, shaving, and beard grooming., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor., • Ability to manage time effectively., • Familiarity with barbering products and tools, as well as basic inventory management., • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
