As a Paraprofessional, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, or other professionals to provide assistance to students or clients with diverse needs. Your responsibilities may include providing one-on-one or small group instruction, assisting with classroom or therapy activities, implementing behavioral interventions, and providing support during transitions. You will maintain a safe and supportive environment, document student/client progress, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
