Scanning of Medical Documents: Maintain organized digital records by scanning and cataloging important medical documents and records. Cleaning and Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times, ensuring a positive client experience. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred. Familiarity with Avimark or similar veterinary practice management software is a plus. Must have 1 year of experience working in the veterinary field Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail. A genuine love for animals and a commitment to providing excellent care. Schedule: This position requires availability on Saturdays, Mondays, and Tuesdays.
