Our business is growing day by day and we are looking for bakers to help us keep up with the growing demand for our irresistibly tasty cinnamon buns! With no day being the same, you must be adaptable and positive to deliver our fresh cinnamon buns to high standards whilst maintaining food safety standards. You will be working at pace to prove and bake our delicious cinnamon buns. You’ll know our products and recipes inside out and take initiative to learn more. Key responsibilities: Measuring and mixing the dough Kneading & proofing the dough Rolling out the dough and shopping the buns Baking the buns Icing the buns Packing/ Storing the buns for delivery’s Washing up the kitchen untitled and keeping the kitchen tidy after you are finished. Keeping an eye on supplies so we don’t run out! Any other reasonable duties requested by line manager

- Work with carriers to ensure shipments are dispatched, loaded, and emptied in a timely manner. - Ensure all logistics activities accurately reflect the actual times the work transpired. - Understand all customer requirements and implement plans to meet service expectations. - Be familiar with the geographic service areas and the industry-standard rates applicable to each. - Respond to all customer inquiries—both internal and external—regarding loads, services, or billing information. - Source new customers by developing leads and cold-calling potential clients. - Create, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with customers. - Continuously increase and maintain an understanding of current market conditions and business trends. - Manage and negotiate rates based on current market demand. - Thoroughly understand the complexities and rapid changes in the freight industry, and use this knowledge to better serve the existing client base. Requirements: The successful candidate will have 6months to 2+ years of experience in Sales, Supply Chain/Logistics, Customer Service, or Customer Relationship Management. They should possess a high energy level, a positive attitude, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment. - Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office products, and transportation industry software. - Strong accuracy in data processing, including the ability to reconcile work, follow up, and correct errors when needed. - A confident, self-directed individual who can identify and resolve problems independently. - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. - A proactive approach to improving operational efficiency driving updates in software and processes to enhance accuracy and reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintains complete knowledge of Maxime’s policies and procedures and ensures that all practices and policies are being upheld • Manages production schedule and pars and establishes priority items for the day • Prepares all menu items following recipes and yield guides efficiently and in accordance with department standards • Restocks items that were depleted during shift • Maintains complete knowledge of products and specifications, including ingredients, descriptions, sourcing, brands, allergens, etc. • Communicates with front-of-house team to manage pacing of courses, member feedback, etc. • Updates knowledge and skills by participating in staff training opportunities • Supports and assists fellow team members whenever possible. • Maintains and strictly abides by state sanitation and health regulations as well as restaurant requirements and procedures • Supports and assists fellow team members whenever possible • Maintains complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; uses equipment and tools only as intended, properly and safely • Inspects the cleanliness and organization of line and workstations; rectifies any deficiencies • Inspects the cleanliness and working condition of all tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring all elements and storage procedures comply with DOH and restaurant standards • Informs manager on duty immediately of any DOH or OSHA/workplace safety violations • Attends mandatory meetings • Adheres to posted schedules • Completes other duties as assigned by management MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS) Minimum 2+ years working as a line cook in a fine dining restaurant or hotel environment in a similar capacity. Has a passion for exceptional hospitality in food and beverage. Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Operates at a high level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail. Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business. Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment. Ability to coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Ability to be flexible with job demands and open-minded when being asked to complete tasks. Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the restaurant. Ability to operate with grace under pressure. Ability to move or handle equipment throughout the restaurant generally weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates. Ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours a day.
