    Order Fulfillment Associate Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm Location: Belleville, NJ Schedule: Regular Working Hours Salary: $20/h About the Role As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of a fast-paced logistics environment. Your main responsibilities include accurately processing and fulfilling customer orders, maintaining a well-organized and clean warehouse space, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient order workflows. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities • Efficiently process and fulfill customer orders using internal systems and tools., • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments., • Identify and verify product part numbers and place items in designated storage locations., • Utilize scanners, barcodes, and tracking systems to manage inventory and shipments., • Prepare packages for billing and shipping according to documentation., • Assist in inventory counts and maintain shipping/receiving supply levels., • Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse., • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors., • Perform other duties as required to support operational goals. Qualifications and Skills • High attention to detail and organizational skills., • Ability to multitask and manage several tasks simultaneously., • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace., • Basic computer proficiency with experience using hand scanners and order systems., • Prior warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred (0–2 years)., • Strong understanding of order flow and shipment processes., • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities., • Ability to fluently read, write, and speak Spanish; English proficiency Physical Requirements • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs., • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces., • Steel-toe shoes required (not provided)., • Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with physical labor.     Key Responsibilities • Coordinate day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods., • Manage and coordinate customs clearance processes, including required documentation and communication with customs brokers and logistics partners., • Oversee and coordinate operations with third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses, including inventory management, receiving, storage, and shipping., • Monitor and coordinate daily order fulfillment, ensuring orders are processed accurately and shipped on schedule., • Conduct and coordinate inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies., • Maintain and organize operational records, shipping documents, invoices, and inventory-related documentation., • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouse partners, customs brokers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues., • Track shipments and inventory movements and provide updates on order and logistics status., • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed to ensure smooth business operations., • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
