Job Description Trusted Hammer | Central/South Jersey Trusted Hammer is a growing residential remodeling and handyman company focused on developing people, building long-term careers, and delivering exceptional customer service. We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Talent & Operations Coordinator to support recruiting, employee development, customer follow-up, and administrative operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping build systems that support company growth. Position Type • Remote Position, • Part-Time Initially, • Approximately 20–30 hours per week, • Flexible schedule, • Opportunity for long-term advancement Responsibilities Recruiting • Review incoming applications., • Contact applicants., • Schedule interviews., • Maintain candidate pipelines., • Track applicant responses., • Support relationships with trade schools and workforce programs. Employee Onboarding & Development • Prepare onboarding packets., • Collect employee documents., • Maintain employee files., • Track certifications and licenses., • Assist with monthly evaluations., • Track promotions and employee progress., • Support training coordination. Customer Success • Conduct post-job follow-up calls., • Verify customer satisfaction., • Request Google reviews., • Request referrals., • Assist with membership renewals., • Maintain strong customer relationships. Lead Management • Follow up with unsold estimates., • Contact inactive leads., • Update CRM records., • Confirm appointments., • Track lead status. Administrative Support • Data entry., • File organization., • Reporting., • CRM updates., • General office support. Qualifications Preferred candidates should possess: • Strong communication skills., • Excellent organizational ability., • Ability to work independently., • Professional phone etiquette., • Basic computer skills., • Experience with CRM systems, customer service, recruiting, or administration is a plus. Construction experience is helpful but not required. Compensation • Approximately $500 per week base pay., • Performance bonuses available., • Additional incentives based on hiring success, customer reviews, retention, and company goals.
