Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: Upholds the mission, values and principles of the organization and will provide trauma-informed, antiracist, evidenced-based strategic vision, leadership, direction and oversight of all aspects of Family Practice & Counseling Services Network (FPCSN). ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure and maintain compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory standards, in collaboration with the Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, • Provides visionary, strategic and innovative leadership of FPCSN, • Leads, fosters and holds people accountable to a values-driven, trauma-informed, antiracist, equitable work environment for of all staff and patients, • Represents FPCSN at the local, state and national levels and serves as the primary spokesperson for FPCSN, • Participate in advocacy efforts for community health centers, • Engage with and inform the Board on FPCSNs operations and performance, • Supervises FPCSNs Executive Leadership Team, • Cultivates and maintain high performing Executive and Senior Leadership Teams, • Collaborates with the Chief Clinical Officer to ensure high quality of care, fiscally responsibility services and a high degree of patient satisfaction, • Collaborates with the Chief Financial Officer to assure sound fiscal operations and long-term sustainability, • Collaborates with the Director of IT to ensure robust, technically-sound, compliant information systems, • Collaborates with the Chief Human Resources Officer to ensure adherence to FPCSNs policies and procedures and a high degree of employee engagement., • Collaborates with the Chief Operations Officer to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness., • Fosters and maintains community partnerships and collaborations to provide services responsive to the community and staff., • Assures that grants and reporting are completed accurately and in a timely manner., • Serves on CQI Committee, assuring that there is an annual plan approved by the Board of Directors., • Sets the course for health center expansion to new sites and new services/programs in collaboration with Executive and Senior Leaders and the FPCSN Board of Directors in response to community needs., • Other duties as assigned by the FPCSN Board of Directors EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should possess a diverse range of skills and experience including but not limited to: Required Education and Experience • Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Public Health or Management field, • Minimum of three to five years in senior management in a non-profit, community organization, • Committed to trauma-informed care, antiracism, justice, equity, diversity and inclusion and reducing health disparities, • Demonstrate cultural competence/proficiency in interactions with others by treating co-workers, colleagues and those receiving service with respect and fairness at all times, • Ability to build and maintain positive and professional relationships based on respect, trust, and safety, • Demonstrate exemplary problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills., • Ability to work effectively as a team member, • Ability to work in an open office environment, • High level of integrity, • Highly responsible and reliable, • Exemplary organizational skills and ability to prioritize, • Commitment to service excellence for underrepresented and underserved populations, • Ability to pass required background screenings., • Required Immunizations: TB/PPD Test., • Optional Immunizations: Hep B Vaccination and Flu Vaccination., • Current valid CPR Certification is required., • Maintain current valid applicable position credentials., • Maintain reliable transportation to travel throughout the network and/or participating in events outside the network as needed. LIGHT – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. The use of arm and/or leg control requires force greater than sedentary, but worker still sits majority of time.
