The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis leads the New York Genome Center's (NYGC) budgeting and financial analysis function, setting the strategic direction for budgeting, forecasting, and organizational performance management. This is a one-person FP&A function responsible for developing and executing organization-wide financial plans, ensuring alignment with NYGC's strategic goals, and supporting executive leadership in data-driven decision-making. The CFAO reports to the Executive Director (ED) and they, along with the Deputy Executive Director (DED), constitute the executive leadership team (ELT) and meet weekly.
