Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, independent, and detail oriented mobile car washer to service high-end apartments in the Dallas downtown/uptown area. The car washer will be assigned a specific "route" of apartment complexes, where customers have booked their wash to be delivered overnight, between 9 PM and 5 AM. You will use the Park&Wash app to locate each booking, and complete a hand wash of the vehicle right in its parking spot in the community garage! Responsibilities • Drive personal vehicle to the assigned apartment complexes on your route (3-5 properties), • Perform high quality, exterior car wash service of vehicles in the parking garage - ensuring all vehicles are cleaned thoroughly and meet company standards, • Use personal smart phone to manage bookings, • Manage inventory and supplies, • Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, • Launder provided towels twice weekly using your own washer and dryer at home (additional pay will be provided to cover your time/expense), • Notify manager when additional supplies are needed to ensure you always have what you need to deliver service Required Skills Personal integrity and commitment • Independent worker who takes pride in doing things right every time, • Strong attention to detail, • Experience in car wash operations, detailing, and general cleaning is not required but preferred, • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage your time wisely to complete the expected number of car washes within time restrictions outlined, • Ability to work consistently on your feet – bending, using step ladder, kneeling, and lifting laundry bag, • Must be able to fit in tight spaces in parking garages where there is not a ton of room around the vehicle Special Requirements • Easy access to your own washer and dryer to launder towels for service – ideally at place of residence (additional pay and detergent provided), • Valid driver’s license, proof of personal auto insurance and access to vehicle during assigned work hours, • Comfortable using trunk of vehicle to store supplies required to deliver service (supplies will take up the majority of the trunk), • Own a personal smart phone, • Ability to work nights, 2 nights a week (most common schedule is Thursday and Sunday night from 9 PM – 3 AM; may have option to work 4 nights in the future), • Comfortable knowing the number of hours you work each night changes based on the # of bookings, • Background check Perks & Growth • $17.50-$18/hour plus $10 laundry stipend for each day worked (equivalent to an extra $1.50/hr), • Flexible schedule – depending on the number of bookings you have each night, you may need to start as early as 9 pm or you may have flexibility to start later in the evening if preferred, • Comfortable work environment: don’t have to work in the sun and customer interaction is rarely required, • Performance-based bonuses for five star reviews, • Potential for supervisor role in future with additional pay, • Potential to expand from 2 nights to 4 nights per week and pick up shifts from other team members
